If the size of the Order Form .JPG does not print correctly, save it to your hard drive, open it with a graphics program, and print it from there.
Please DO NOT try to fax it to us, we no longer have the fax machine!
Please DO NOT email the form, sending your credit card info via unsecured email is not a good idea!
Get a good, old fashioned envelope and stamp, and your Issues and/or CD-ROMs will be on their way to you soon! Just like the historical nature of our magazine, we like using the vintage methods of mail order! Thank you very much!
